FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Do your programs have viruses?

No. Our programs do not contain any viruses, but your antivirus or windows defender may react to the components that activate the program so we strongly recommend that you disable your antivirus and windows defender before installation to avoid any problems with the installation.

Why do I need to disable security tools before installation?

Because any protection or antivirus can block the activation program, which will eventually prevent the installation.

What is the password for your archives?

The same password softexpo is set for all our program archives. It is also specified in the name of each archive.

How do I disable windows defender?

Through Windows Security Settings:
Open Settings and Press WIN+I to open the Settings menu, then Go to “Privacy & Security”, then select “Windows Security”. Disable protection: In the “Virus & Threat Protection” section, click “Manage settings”, In the “Real-time protection” section, toggle the switch to Off. Confirm the action: Windows Defender will be temporarily disabled, but Windows will notify you that your system is unprotected.

Where can I get more information on the installation process?

Each archive contains a README file to help you.
